About the role
The Junior Manager will define, document, and improve both online and offline benefit processes and ensure a successful annual benefit enrollment for the entire European population. The role aims to scope out, document, and enhance the respective processes across Europe, reviewing and updating procedures in accordance with new legislation and regulatory requirements.
