About the role
We are looking for a creative and digitally skilled Learning Design Specialist to design and develop engaging, high-quality learning content and digital learning experiences. The role will support the creation of learning materials, e-learning modules, videos and other digital assets while ensuring content meets agreed quality and design standards.
What you'll do
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content, e-learning modules and training materials based on business and learner requirements
- Create and enhance learning assets
- Perform quality checks (QC) on learning materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, usability, branding and overall learner experience
- Translate learning requirements and SME inputs into clear, simple and engaging learning content
- Apply appropriate instructional and visual design principles to improve learner engagement and effectiveness
