About the role
The Senior Executive – Unit Supply Chain will be responsible for managing procurement coordination, material receipts, inventory control, internal material movement, logistics cost optimization, and supply chain reporting to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Review and validate purchase order requests
- Monitor and control daily Purchase Receipts and Production Receipts, ensuring accurate documentation and SAP entries
- Maintain material receipt records and supporting documents until invoice receipt and reconciliation
- Coordinate timely movement of materials within the unit to support uninterrupted operations
- Monitor logistics costs, achieve cost targets, and identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations
