About the role
The Senior Executive - Export [Logistics Planner] is responsible for planning and executing end-to-end export logistics operations for alcoholic beverages. The role ensures seamless coordination across manufacturing units, transporters, freight forwarders, and Customs House Agents (CHA) while maintaining strict adherence to excise and statutory regulations.
What you'll do
- Export Logistics & Execution
- Manage end-to-end export logistics including factory dispatch, port movement and shipment handover
- Ensure timely vehicle placement in line with production and shipment schedules
- Monitor gate-in timelines at ports/ICDs to adhere vessel cut-offs and avoid detention costs
- Coordinate production plans in alignment with vessel availability and export demand
