What you'll do
- Serve as the key bridge between the business and finance teams, enabling informed financial and operational decision-making
- Partner with business and plant leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and financial performance
- Own the Business P&L by monitoring key financial levers, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reviews while ensuring effective budget controls
- Drive cost management initiatives by monitoring manufacturing, operational, and overhead costs and identifying optimization opportunities
