About the role
The Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate Development will support Digantara’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and capital initiatives that strengthen the company’s technology and market position.
What you'll do
- Support the full transaction lifecycle, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration
- Develop financial models covering valuation, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and scenario analyses
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to evaluate acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Prepare investment memorandums, board materials, and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate diligence activities across legal, commercial, technical, and financial workstreams
