About the role
The Senior Associate – Incubation & Partnerships will drive Digantara’s growth beyond its core business by building and managing the company’s incubation ecosystem while developing strategic partnerships that expand capability, market access, and long-term value creation.
What you'll do
- Source, evaluate, and onboard founders, Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs), and venture opportunities
- Establish and manage the ecosystem of resources available to incubated ventures, including infrastructure, expertise, and market access
- Define performance metrics, monitor progress, and guide ventures from concept through scale, integration, or spin-out
- Manage portfolio reporting and communicate venture performance to leadership
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships across commercial organizations, government agencies, defense entities, and research institutions
