What you'll do
- Production Support & Incident Management: Own, triage, and resolve production incidents with urgency; ensure timely resolution within SLA
- Follow Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) with proper documentation and pre-deployment validation
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through proper testing and adherence to best practices
