About the role
We are looking for a strong Tech Lead who can lead a development team while remaining hands-on with technology. The role will be responsible for the engineering and technology delivery of the Investor Portal and a portfolio of internal digital automations across various business functions .
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the development team responsible for the Investor Portal and internal automation initiatives
- Own the technical delivery of multiple applications and initiatives from design through production
- Break business requirements into scalable technical solutions and actionable development tasks
- Conduct code reviews and establish high standards for code quality, maintainability and performance
- Build a culture of engineering ownership, accountability and continuous improvement
