About the role
Manage end-to-end FCL/LCL ocean export operations, from booking and documentation to customs clearance, vessel departure and shipment closure. Monitor vessel schedules, SI/VGM cut-offs, gate-in deadlines and shipment milestones to ensure timely execution. Oversee booking confirmations, container movement and cargo handover within defined timelines.
What you'll do

- Ensure accurate shipment updates in the operating system and adherence to customer SOPs and service levels
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
