About the role
We are looking for a School Admission Counselor to manage and support the student admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with parents and prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, providing information about the school and its programs, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
What you'll do
- Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain the school's curriculum, programs, facilities, teaching methodology, and extracurricular activities to parents
- Understand the educational needs of students and recommend suitable programs
- Schedule and coordinate school visits, campus tours, assessments, and parent meetings
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process
