What you'll do
- While providing HSE leadership to the site, identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks
- Take ownership of site HSE leading and lagging indicators and implement strategic initiatives to improve the indicators
- Ensure key HSE initiatives as determined by Global are prioritized and implemented at the site to enhance the site HSE culture being best in class
- Conduct / coordinate worker and contract worker training in area’s such as HSE regulations
- Lead risk assessment program of key existing operations and new projects, management of process safety program and management of change program
