About the role
We are seeking an experienced Manager - GES S2P Sourcing Hub (Expert Desk) to lead global Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, process standardization, and stakeholder engagement across indirect procurement services.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, process standardization, and stakeholder engagement across indirect procurement services
- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) Expert Desk operations, including eSourcing, contract management, supplier enablement, catalog management
- Drive operational excellence and service delivery performance by managing SLAs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with key stakeholders, including Category Managers, Buyers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams, to ensure seamless procurement operations
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering responsive, high-quality procurement services
