We are looking for a Lead Specialist - GES H2R Surveys to drive global employee engagement and survey operations across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end survey processes, partnering with HR stakeholders, analyzing engagement data, and providing actionable insights that help improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing end-to-end survey processes, partnering with HR stakeholders, analyzing engagement data
- Lead and coordinate global and regional engagement survey activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
- Prepare survey questionnaires, participation reports, results dashboards, and engagement insights for stakeholders
- Analyze survey outcomes and provide meaningful recommendations to HR leaders on engagement trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with COEs, HR teams, and external vendors to manage survey delivery, process improvements, and system enhancements
