We are looking for a GES-MDM Services Lead Specialist to manage and enhance Supplier Master Data processes across SAP environments. The role will be responsible for ensuring data quality, compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence while supporting global business functions. What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end Supplier Master Data lifecycle, including creation, updates, blocking/unblocking, and deactivation in SAP S/4HANA and related systems
- Validate supplier data and perform compliance, risk, and bank verification checks to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Handle complex and escalated supplier onboarding and maintenance requests within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, BPO teams, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, ensure control compliance, and support internal and external audits
