What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end requisition, shopping cart, and purchase order processing while ensuring timely fulfillment of business requirements
- Collaborate with requisitioners, buyers, and business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and execute procurement activities effectively
- Create and maintain annual purchase orders, monitor PO confirmations, and follow up on pending supplier responses
- Resolve non-compliant invoices by coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth payment processing
- Drive procurement compliance by guiding stakeholders on correct purchasing channels, vendor selection, and policy adherence
