About the role
This pivotal role involves strategic engagement with the GSM team but also clear alignment with the regional sales organization to fulfill regional requirements, streamlining internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieving the regional supply chain objectives.
What you'll do
- Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Collaborate with E2E Supply Manager to ensure appropriate inventory levels in the region, swiftly identifying anomalies and determining root causes
- Coordinate phase-in/out strategies and material substitutions in partnership with Nutritional Services and Commercial
- Work with Global Supply & Inventory Planners and Global Supply Chain Managers to ensure timely replenishment shipments to the Regional Distribution Center
- Monitor and promptly communicate any shipment delays or issues to the EssCo E2E Supply Manager and Commercial team
