What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, and industrial automation systems to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related equipment failures, process control issues, and communication network faults
- Perform PLC programming modifications, online troubleshooting, backup management, and software version control
- Support MES systems, electronic batch records, production data collection systems, barcode solutions, and shop-floor digital applications
- Investigate and resolve integration issues between PLCs, MES, SCADA systems, weighing systems, printers, scanners, and ERP interfaces
