About the role
We are seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to drive mutual fund sales and expand market share across Jalandhar The role involves managing key distribution channels, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent business growth.
What you'll do
- Drive mutual fund sales through multiple channels including Banks, IFAs, Wealth Counters, National Distributors, and Direct Clients
- Achieve business targets in terms of Net Sales, AUM growth, and market share expansion
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and key clients to drive long-term business
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners to expand distribution reach
- Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for partners and clients
