About the role
Facilitate client onboarding with the Transfer Agent and coordinate with investors and distributors to address queries and ensure seamless integration. Interact with prospective and existing distributors/investors across jurisdictions in compliance with fund passporting and placement agent as per IFSCA regulations.
What you'll do
- Liaise with the Transfer Agent and Administrator for transaction processing, fund reporting, and related operational activities
- Collaborate with Business, Transfer Agent, Administrator, IM to support new product and fund launches, including reviewing PPMs, application forms
- Facilitate client onboarding with the Transfer Agent and coordinate with investors and distributors to address queries and ensure seamless integration
- Interact with prospective and existing distributors/investors across jurisdictions in compliance with fund passporting and placement agent as per IFSCA regulations
- Facilitating various requirements / reports / MIS from distributors / Internal / Regulator / Audits
