About the role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to strengthen and scale our Mutual Fund distribution business across large private banks, leading wealth counters, and senior MF decision makers in the Kolkata region. This role is pivotal in expanding DSP’s footprint by building meaningful, revenue-driving relationships and delivering long-term asset growth.
What you'll do
- Drive Mutual Fund sales through Private Banks, Wealth Management desks, National Distributors across the Kolkata territory
- Build, deepen, and manage high-quality relationships with senior fund managers, channel heads, and key influencers
- Conduct regular client engagements to understand requirements, provide product insights, and support portfolio discussions
- Expand market share by developing high-conviction engagement plans for priority partners
- Deliver consistent incremental net sales and help build robust long-term assets
