About the role
As our Senior Associate Software Engineer in our Delivery and Support team, you’ll deliver customer implementation projects, configuring, integrating and extending the platform for each customer’s needs. Through handover and go-live you’ll own application and production support for customer go live. This role sits alongside our core product engineering team rather than within it.
What you'll do
- Deliver customer implementation projects end to end. You’ll configure, integrate and extend the platform to meet customer requirements
- Work with Delivery, Product and customer stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate work and turn them into maintainable solutions delivered to agreed timelines
- Lead the technical handover from implementation into live service, making sure environments, integrations and documentation are ready for go-live
- Own issues from first report to resolution, including root-cause analysis, fixes, clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
