Senior Associate Software Engineer

About the role

As our Senior Software Engineer in our Delivery and Support team, you will keep Send’s underwriting platform running well for our customers. You’ll predominantly own application and production support for live customer environments, working closely with the customer implementation projects at the point of handoff.

What you'll do

• Provide application and production support for live customer environments. You’ll investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents
• Own issues from first report to resolution, including root-cause analysis, fixes, clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Sometimes get involved with the delivery of customer implementation projects by configuring, integrating and extending the platform to meet customer requirements
• Work with Delivery, Product and core Engineering to turn customer requirements into maintainable solutions and pass recurring issues and product gaps back to the product…
• Build quality into delivery through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining reliable and performant services
