About the role
The role partners closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, and Communications teams to deliver value, protect brand quality, and drive commercial rigor in a traditionally relationship-heavy, fast-moving category. The incumbent balances cost efficiency with creative and brand impact, acting as the commercial bridge between marketing stakeholders and the supplier base.
What you'll do
- Support and execute category strategies for marketing communications aligned to brand and business objectives
- Build strong relationships with business to embed procurement early in the planning cycle
- Lead agency selection and reviews (creative, media, digital, PR) via structured RFPs and pitch processes
- Negotiate rate cards, production costs, licensing/usage rights, and performance-based models
- Deliver cost savings and cost avoidance while safeguarding creative output and brand integrity
