About the role
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Capital Buyers, setting clear priorities, objectives, development plans, and performance expectations. Provide commercial guidance, escalation support , and quality assurance for sourcing strategies, bid evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations, and contracts.

- Build consistent ways of working, share best practices, and strengthen team capability in capital sourcing , contracting, claims, and stakeholder management
- Develop and execute capital sourcing strategies aligned to project scope, schedule, and budget (aligned to stage-gate/FEL processes)
- Engage early in the project lifecycle (FEL 1–3) to influence Procurement & contracting strategy
