Copilot Developer

About the role

You will build intelligent copilots that connect to enterprise data and systems, giving business users secure, scalable AI-powered experiences that make everyday work faster and easier. You will work closely with business stakeholders to find the right Copilot use cases, then take them from idea to production: designing conversations, building integrations and automations, and making sure every solution meets enterprise security and governance standards.

What you'll do

• Design, build and customise solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Develop copilots using Copilot Studio topics, prompts, actions, knowledge sources and generative AI features
• Apply prompt engineering best practices to keep AI responses accurate, relevant and safe
• Test, debug and optimise copilots for performance, accuracy and user experience
• Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and third-party systems
