About the role
We are seeking a skilled MPOS/D365 Developer to join our Retail Tech team. This role will be responsible for developing new customizations, supporting existing standard and custom processes, resolving production issues, and contributing to technical design documentation (TDD). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce and a passion for delivering scalable retail technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement customizations within Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce (MPOS/Store Commerce App)
- Support and enhance existing standard and custom retail processes with strong knowledge on extensibility on HQ, CRT, POS, Hardware station and RTS
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve production issues and bugs
- Participate in code upgrades, deployments, and cloud-hosted environment management
- Develop and maintain technical design documentation (TDD)
