About the role
The Aerospace Interconnect Technologies Division (ITD) + Mission Systems Division (MSD) Leader is responsible for leading the Aerospace ITD & MSD engineering organization within Eaton India Innovation Center, Pune. This role drives engineering excellence, technology leadership, innovation, product development, and organizational capability development across aerospace technologies.
What you'll do
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), and Sustaining Engineering activities
- Ensure successful planning and execution of engineering deliverables across the product lifecycle
- Drive product accountability, design quality, and engineering productivity
- Partner with global teams to support customer programs, platform growth, and business expansion initiatives
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps to strengthen competitive positioning
