About the role
The Procurement Associate Manager works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Manager. The strong performer can expect further career advancement with Ecolab and will have the opportunity to move into other procurement and supply chain leadership roles within the organization.
What you'll do
- Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases
- Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
- Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services
- Take appropriate and timely action to correct and coach on errors and implement changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring
- Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures, including participation in compliance audits
