Representative, Procurement PMO Analytics Governance

About the role

This role will support governance, prioritization, KPI reporting, and stakeholder communications for Procurement analytics, reporting, and data initiatives. The successful candidate will help drive visibility into business priorities, maintain performance reporting, coordinate governance activities, and support the effective delivery of analytics solutions that enable Procurement decision-making and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between Procurement stakeholders and ADS teams
• Support governance processes that align analytics and reporting initiatives with Procurement leadership
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting for Procurement leadership
• Track project demand, backlog health, service level attainment, and delivery performance
• Prepare governance meeting materials, status updates, and executive reporting
