About the role
We are seeking an accomplished Embedded Systems - Test/QA Senior Lead to spearhead the testing and quality assurance efforts for our embedded systems projects. The Senior Lead will be responsible for defining test strategies, leading a team of test engineers, managing testing activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality embedded software and hardware solutions.
What you'll do
- Test Strategy and Planning: Define comprehensive test strategies, methodologies, and approaches for embedded systems testing, considering project scope, objectives
- Establish test plans, objectives, and criteria for test coverage, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of embedded systems test engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the test team, promoting professional growth and development
- Test Execution and Oversight: Oversee the execution of testing activities, including test case development, test automation, execution, and result analysis
