We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Senior Tech Lead for IoT Systems to steer our technical vision and lead the development of cutting-edge IoT solutions. The Senior Tech Lead will be responsible for defining architecture, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing the technical execution of complex IoT projects.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure IoT solutions, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support the professional growth of team members
- Project Oversight and Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of IoT projects, from initial requirements gathering and design through to deployment and maintenance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to ensure cohesive and successful project delivery
