About the role
As a Tech Lead specializing in Embedded Systems, you will take ownership of specific modules within projects or systems , leading a team of embedded software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions . You will be responsible for driving the technical direction, architecture, design, and implementation of embedded software components .
What you'll do
- Own the design and development of embedded software modules , including firmware, device drivers, and low-level software components
- Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers , providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success
- Define the technical architecture and interfaces for embedded systems , ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, system architects, and other stakeholders to integrate embedded software with hardware platforms
- Drive the implementation of best practices, coding standards, and software development processes within the embedded software team
