About the role
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support day-to-day procurement activities, including local purchasing, vendor coordination, purchase orders, transportation arrangements, bill processing, material follow-ups and procurement-related reporting.
What you'll do
- Purchase enquiries and prepare comparison statements for finished goods
- With vendors for quotations, order placement, deliveries and pending
- Local Purchase Orders (POs) and receipt challans
- Vehicle and transportation arrangements for material dispatches
- Procurement activities for assigned projects and special requirements
