About the role
The Manager, HRIS (Talent & Core HCM) will serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Core HCM and Talent solutions. This role will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders.
What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, Skills, and related employee lifecycle processes
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience, process simplification, and scalability
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal Workday solutions and best practices
- Assess downstream impacts across business processes, integrations and reporting
