The role is responsible for managing design coordination, technical reviews, design changes, and site support to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
What you'll do
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and specialist consultants for design integration
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions
- Ensure timely resolution of design-related issues arising during construction
- Manage RFIs, design clarifications, and technical correspondence between stakeholders
- Track design deliverables and monitor compliance with project timelines
