Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment~MySQL at Elfonze. Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits.
What you'll do
- Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training
- Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance
- Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery
- Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL
- Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility)
