We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud
What you'll do
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits components including Benefit Plans, Coverage Elements, Eligibility Profiles, Enrollment Rules, and Life Events
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Perform testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support UAT
- Document configurations and provide training as needed
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and recommend configuration improvements
