About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to lead our MIS and financial reporting function. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP), month-end close, audit management and internal controls.
What you'll do
- Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS and Companies Act requirements
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial reports
- Drive closure of books within management-defined timelines and improve the month-end close
- Lead statutory, internal, tax and other regulatory audits. Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and resolve audit queries on time
- Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
