Investor Relations Lead

About the role

We're looking for someone to join our Investor Relations function and work closely with our founders, finance team, and investors. You'll help manage investor communication and engagement, prepare high-quality investor and board materials, support fundraising processes, and ensure our investors have a clear and consistent view of Emergent's business and growth.

What you'll do

• Manage communication and engagement with existing and prospective investors
• Prepare investor updates, board decks, quarterly reports, and other investor-facing materials
• Work with founders and leadership to gather business updates and translate them into clear investor communication
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
• Support fundraising processes, including investor research, pitch materials, data rooms, and diligence
