The supply chain Manager will be responsible to Lead & manage a team of Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineers/Managers to establish and implement sourcing strategies to accomplish AP & site goals and objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead & manage a team of Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineers/Managers to establish and implement sourcing strategies to accomplish AP & site goals and objectives
- Identify and formulate long term strategies by commodity for major commodities. This requires collaboration with Supply Chain Director and Commodity Leaders
- Identify leveraging opportunities for common commodities between India and other PRM sites optimize cost and service performance
- Design and maintain a systematic tracking mechanism for material costs of key products, driving data-backed cost reduction initiatives by product line
- Proactively review suppliers’ performance on lead time, service level and quality performance
