What you'll do
- Review and process customer purchase orders received from Sales and business partners, ensuring accurate and timely order entry into ERP systems
- Generate internal sales orders and validate commercial, technical, and financial information
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, due diligence requirements, and taxation guidelines
- Prepare letters of credit and guarantee requests in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams
- Process orders in line with established financial and technical requirements and address any discrepancies promptly
