What you'll do
- Lead the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools, including evaluation, onboarding, deployment, sustainment, upgrades, integrations, and retirement
- Serve as the business owner for enterprise-delivered security platforms, establishing service expectations, support models, operating procedures, and performance metrics
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, renewals, escalations, and roadmap reviews to maximize value and service reliability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tool operations, user adoption, data quality, and process effectiveness
- Collaborate with product security, engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, and business teams to establish scalable workflows and user enablement programs
