About the role
Set up workspaces, access groups, gateways, and dev/test/prod deployment pipelines. Create the report theme, template, and standard visual patterns. Build the shared semantic model, DAX measures, and calculation groups, and certify the dataset. Configure Databricks SQL warehouse connectivity, storage modes, and incremental refresh.
What you'll do
- Define workspace design and naming standards
- Create workspaces and assign access through security groups
- Set up deployment pipelines (Dev > Test > Prod)
- Install and configure on-premises data gateways, including cluster configuration for high availability
- Configure data source connections, credentials, and gateway users
