What you'll do
- Understand and analyze end-to-end Health Plan business workflows across multiple systems
- Design and execute E2E, functional, integration, and regression testing
- Validate data and transaction flow across Health Plan, FACETS/HRP, EDIFECS, EDI, and Utilization Management systems
- Trace transactions across upstream/downstream systems and validate end-to-end business outcomes
- Analyze defects, perform impact/root-cause analysis, and coordinate with business and technical teams
