What you'll do
- Design and develop learning curricula based on clear objectives and run the training plans for our Learn and Earn, Vocational Training, Apprentice and B.VOC participants
- Conduct practical and theory sessions, and create training courses, exercises and hands-on projects that encourage independent learning
- Build a student performance management system to assess and track trainee progress and learning outcomes and support each trainee's personal and professional development
- Create and maintain training documentation and learning materials, keeping them up to date as the course evolves
