What you'll do
- Lead the maintenance and technical improvement organization, ensuring high equipment uptime, precision, and operational stability
- Guide the retrofit and rig manufacturing team including its department head, to implement upgrades and new builds based on HQ Engineering specifications
- Drive life cycle management of high-value production equipment
- Ensure alignment with global engineering standards and directives
- Collaborate with peer VPs and global stakeholders to support factory-wide strategic initiatives
