About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, configure, and enhance our ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) and workflow automation initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer automations
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Service Bridge
- Manage platform administration, security, upgrades, and performance optimization
