About the role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on US-to-US recruitment for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and other healthcare roles, with a strong emphasis on volume hiring . The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment, familiarity with Workday ATS or similar platforms, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements for RCM and healthcare positions
- Lead and execute volume hiring campaigns to meet aggressive staffing targets across multiple healthcare functions
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational standards throughout the hiring process
