What you'll do
- Lead and continuously enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, pre-boarding, performance
- Monitor and drive Talent Management KPIs, leveraging workforce insights and analytics to improve talent outcomes, retention, succession readiness
- Design and implement scalable programs that support employee growth, capability building, and long-term career development
- Ensure compliance in payroll processes, reducing manual tasks and achieving accuracy
